Top Gun is one of my all time favorite movies.   Up until a few years ago I had no idea who directed  that movie because my 16 or 17 year old brain didn’t care about such details.  This is truly sad.  Apparently he committed suicide this past Sunday.  He was a jumper.

Messed up, man.  Messed.  Up.
