Spring Favorites So Far

I recently picked up a few new beauty items a couple of which have become favorites of mine.

Laura Geller Supercharged Spackle Primer

I have always wanted to try Laura Geller Spackle primer since I saw it a long time ago on HSN or some other home shopping network. Well, Ulta  had a sale and I picked it up for $19.  What a steal this was! This stuff is amazing!  It goes on smooth and is so refreshing.  It has wonderful soothing botanicals and age-fighting antioxidants that help promote skin elasticity and protect from free radicals:  It uses  DC Detoxdefense™ a powerful cocktail of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and phospholipids), polyphenol-rich Wine Extract and Resveratrol, plus Aloe, Beet Root, Centella Asiatica and White Tea Extracts. It feels amazing and greatly helps create a flawless finish under your favorite foundation.  My current favorite is It Cosmetics Bye Bye CC cream with SPF 50(in medium)  I am a customer for life!

It Cosmetics Heavenly Skin CC plus Skin Perfecting Brush

I purchased this brush because it promised flawless application and bristles  infused with anti-aging collagen, silk, peptides, niacin, and antioxidants.  And it delivers!  I use it with my favorite CC cream/ foundation and the Laura Geller Spackle and my skin look airbrushed and  flawless and provides a perfect surface for the rest of your makeup. I’ve also used it with Younique liquid foundation in Taffeta and it was great!  Blends wonderfully and it’s super soft!   It is also Cruelty free!  That’s a total plus in my book!

NYX Wonder Pencil

I Picked up this pencil at Ulta the other day on a whim because I have trouble with my lipstick bleeding so I decided to try it.  I got it in shade medium because I felt it would match my skin pretty well and it does.  It does keep your lipstick from bleeding!  I love it.  Apparently it is also for Concealing blemishes and brightening your eyes when applied at the waterline.  I have only used it for lip lining and would probably go get another couple to use on my eyes or blemishes. (although I do love It Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye!)

Make Up Revolution

Have you heard of TamBeauty?  It sounds like an Asian company but it  isn’t.   They make Makeup revolution makeup which I had never heard of until it showed up on my Ulta.  I picked up a blush in the color Fusion.  It’s really a pretty color.  Goes on smooth and puts a nice glow in my cheeks. It was cheap only $5.  I like it but I don’t know if I would purchase more from the company.  I’ll have to see next time I’m in Ulta.
