Buddy went back to the vet last week.

According to the vet report and what my husband told me the lymph nodes on the dorsal side are still present and enlarged but stable in size.   However there is a firm thickening at the site of the previously removed anal gland. I don’t think that’s good.  Buddy has been rubbing his glands on the floor an extraordingary amount lately.  I wonder if a tumor is growing back and it’s irritating him.  I will continue to monitor the poop and he will go back to the vet next month.

His lungs are still clear.
